RTO and RPO — What They Mean for Your Business

Two numbers define what a disaster actually costs you. RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is how much data you can afford to lose, measured in time — a one-hour RPO means at most an hour of work is gone. RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is how fast you’re back up and running. We set both with you, based on what your business can truly tolerate, then build the backup plan to hit them. Do you back up Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, SharePoint)?

Are your backups protected against ransomware?

Yes. We use immutable, off-site backup copies that can’t be encrypted or deleted by an attacker who gets into your network — so you can restore instead of paying a ransom.
