Aspendora Technologies, LLC (“Aspendora,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides managed IT services to businesses in the Houston, Texas area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.aspendora.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This policy covers our website only; the data we collect and process as part of providing IT services to our clients is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and the Master Services Agreement we sign with each client.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on the site, or information that is automatically logged by our hosting, security, and analytics tools.
Information you submit through forms
When you fill out a form on this site (contact, discovery call, network assessment, newsletter signup, lead-magnet download, etc.), we collect the fields you provide. That typically includes: name, business email address, business phone number, company name, and any free-text message you write. None of our forms require sensitive personal data (no Social Security numbers, no payment information, no health data).
Information collected automatically
When you visit any page on the site, the following may be logged automatically:
- IP address, approximate location (city/region), and ISP, as resolved by our CDN.
- Browser type and version, operating system, device type.
- Pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on each page.
- Cookies set by our analytics, advertising, and security tools (see “Cookies” below).
Who processes your data on our behalf
We use the following third-party services to operate this website and respond to inquiries. Each has its own privacy practices linked below:
- WPX Hosting — hosts the website and stores form submissions in our WordPress database.
- Cloudflare — content delivery network and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may log request metadata at the edge. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM. When you submit a contact, discovery, consultation, lead-magnet, or newsletter form, your information is sent to our GoHighLevel sub-account, where we manage follow-up. GoHighLevel privacy policy.
- Calendly — used to schedule discovery and consultation calls. When you book a meeting, your name, email, and any answers you provide are processed by Calendly. Calendly privacy policy.
- SMTP2GO — used to send transactional email (form confirmations, notifications). SMTP2GO privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — used to measure website traffic and content performance. Subject to the cookie consent banner described below. Google privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — used to measure conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads (when those campaigns are running). Subject to the cookie consent banner described below. Meta privacy policy.
- NinjaFirewall — our web application firewall. Logs IP addresses and request metadata for blocked or suspicious activity to detect and prevent attacks.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry. If you submit a contact form or book a meeting, we use your information to reply and arrange a follow-up.
- To deliver requested content. If you request a free guide, white paper, or our weekly cybersecurity newsletter, we use your email to send it.
- To improve the site. We use anonymized analytics to understand which pages and topics are most useful to visitors.
- To protect the site. We log suspicious requests to defend against attacks.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. When you first visit, a consent banner asks how you'd like analytics and advertising cookies handled. Essential cookies (those required for the site to function, including the firewall and the form session) do not require consent and cannot be disabled here.

Form submissions and contact records are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to maintain a relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Server access logs and firewall logs are typically retained for 30 to 90 days. Analytics data is retained per the default settings of the analytics provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to limited exceptions.
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
- California residents — under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have additional rights including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Data security
We use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect information collected through the site, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), a managed web application firewall, two-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and regular security updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
The site is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we do.
