Zoom Docs also allows you to edit, revise and enhance documents created from meetings. AI allows you to change the style or tone of a document to suit a specific audience, create quick summaries and even create queries.
Zoom enters a new era
Zoom was a key component of many workplaces when remote working became commonplace. Workplace represents the commitment of the company to continuously provide more value, and create companies where people are able to “work happily.”
Zoom Docs, which is in line with this goal, comes as a standard with all licensed versions of the Zoom Workplace version 6.1 and higher. This app allows up to 100 users to collaborate on one document. You can still add or remove permissions as you need.
Zoom Docs can also be downloaded for free. This option, however, does not have the Zoom AI Companion's generative AI features. This option only allows 10 shared documents, but unlimited personal documents. Find out more about this now.
