We’ve made it super easy for our clients to request help. At the bottom of your screen on the task bar, close to the clock, you should see something like this:

Now, what we are interested in is:

Click on it. It doesn’t matter if you right click or left click. You should see this:

Now, click on Create Service Ticket and you’ll see this:

From here, just fill in your email address if it is not already filled in on the From row, then a real short summary of the problem under subject and then as detailed as you can get in the big text area.  You can also click on Attach Screenshot if that will help. Once done, click Send and it will create the ticket in the Help Desk system and then notify you by email in a few minutes to let you know it was received.
