This blog describes one of two ways to eventually get to the same place to be able to see who has access to your files and folders in OneDrive for Business.  While this article demonstrates using a folder, the procedure would be the same for a file.

  • There are two ways to get there.  We’ll start from within File Explorer.  Right click on the folder.
  • Click on View Online
  • Click on the icon representing a group of people
  • You can now see who has access to the folder.  You can also change that access by click on the down arrow next to the person’s name.

  • From there, you can change to view only or stop sharing.

I’ve also created a short video on how to do the above.
